On the nose, apple, peach and grape evolve towards fresh lime, verbena, aged oak and soft leather. On the palate, warm spices such as nutmeg and ginger, dried fruits including raisins and dates, and a touch of almond, closing on a long, contemplative finish of toffee and baked apple.
