Shipping policy

The Provenance ships to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Alcohol deliveries require a signature from someone aged 18 or over; our couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy and may request valid photographic ID.
In Bond Transfers
If you hold an account with our bonded warehouse provider, we can arrange an inter-account transfer of your holding. Your goods remain In Bond and no duty or VAT is payable. Please contact us for the current transfer fee schedule.
Duty-Paid Delivery (UK)
For Duty Paid delivery within the UK, duty and VAT are already included in the displayed price. Delivery is typically [3-5] working days from dispatch. Delivery charges vary by order size, value and location, and are shown at checkout. Rare, high-value or large-format items may require specialist courier arrangements and can take longer to dispatch.
International Delivery
