These Terms of Service govern your use of theprovenance.co.uk and any purchases made through our online store.

The Provenance is a trading name of Origin Spain Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12474387).

We are registered with HMRC under the Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme (AWRS: XFAW00000119902).
Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The Provenance operates a strict age verification policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
Duty Paid and In Bond Purchases
Products are offered either Duty Paid (with UK Excise Duty and VAT included in the displayed price and ready for delivery) or In Bond (excise duty and VAT not yet paid, held within an HMRC-approved bonded warehouse), as indicated on each product listing. Where a product is purchased In Bond, duty and VAT become payable, at the rate applicable at the time, before the goods can be released for delivery or transferred to another bonded facility in your name.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£). The Provenance reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.
Minimum Order Quantities
Certain products are only available for purchase in a minimum quantity (for example, as part of a case). Any applicable minimum order quantity is clearly stated on the relevant product page and enforced at checkout.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. The Provenance is not liable for delays caused by third parties, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control.
Authenticity
We take the authenticity and provenance of every bottle we sell seriously and retain documentation relating to sourcing and chain of custody where applicable. If you have any concern regarding the authenticity of an item you have purchased, please contact us immediately.

All content on theprovenance.co.uk is the property of Origin Spain Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
