On the nose, forest fruits, sweet smoke, aged oak, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, toffee and herbal notes. On the palate, black cherries, plum jam, dark chocolate with orange, ginger cake, clove and almond pastry. The finish is long and complex, with a lingering sweet smokiness.
